RETURNS & EXCHANGES

General Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used, customized, or altered items. However, we accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Ring sizing issues (if resizing service is available)

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing info@victorjewelers.shop, including your order number and clear photos of the item.
  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days using your original payment method.

WARRANTY
